Protecting proprietary information
Starbrite Media LLC welcomes serious discussions with publishers, media companies, technology partners, licensing professionals, and other qualified organizations interested in Magical Castle Storybooks™ — Patent Pending.
Some information concerning the Magical Castle Storybooks™ system is proprietary and is not made available publicly. Before certain confidential materials, technical information, private demonstrations, development documentation, or other non-public information is shared, the parties may be asked to enter into a written Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Public information and introductory licensing discussions generally do not require an NDA.
When an NDA may be required
An NDA may be requested before sharing:
- Confidential demonstrations
- Non-public system features
- Proprietary workflows and development methods
- Technical specifications
- Unreleased product features
- Development materials
- Business and licensing strategies
- Source code or technical architecture, when applicable
- Unpublished creative properties
- Private publisher or partner materials
- Financial or commercial information
NDA options
Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement
For discussions in which both Starbrite Media LLC and a prospective partner may share confidential information. This may be appropriate when a publisher discusses unpublished titles, characters, manuscripts, business plans, or other proprietary materials while Starbrite Media also shares non-public information about Magical Castle Storybooks™.
Starbrite Media LLC Non-Disclosure Agreement
For situations in which Starbrite Media LLC will primarily provide confidential or proprietary information to the receiving party.
How the process works
- Submit your request. Provide your name, company, position, business email address, and a brief description of the proposed discussion.
- NDA review. Starbrite Media LLC will determine the appropriate confidentiality agreement for the proposed discussion.
- Agreement and signature. The NDA is reviewed and signed by the appropriate authorized representatives.
- Confidential discussion. Once the required agreement is completed, Starbrite Media LLC can determine what additional confidential materials or private demonstrations may be made available.
Already have an NDA?
If your organization requires use of its own standard non-disclosure agreement, you may submit it for review. Acceptance of another organization’s NDA is subject to review and approval by Starbrite Media LLC.

Important
Signing an NDA does not grant a license to Magical Castle Storybooks™, transfer ownership of intellectual property, grant access to source code, grant patent rights, create a publishing or licensing agreement, or require either party to proceed with a business transaction. Any licensing, development, publishing, or commercial relationship requires a separate written agreement.
